Fried CabbageI first quarter the cabbage, thin slice into strips.
Fry up a couple strips of bacon.
Stir fry the cabbage in the bacon grease.
Season with salt and pepper.
Crumble bacon on top.
Yum!!
My grandma used to make cabbage this way and it is the only way my DH will eat it.
I add onions sometime. I didn't have any tonight.
